GoOd NeWs!!!
The conference center is opening on the 14th!!! Whooooo! Friends, I am so excited! I honestly had already come to accept the fact that I would probably never get to physically serve in any of the buildings here on Square. Though now I'll be getting to serve in all of them. The Assembly Hall and Tabernacle will also be opening on July 6th!! Ah... my heart is so happy and I know that with these past months of it being all closed the Lord has been preparing people to come and see.
We're already starting to see this as the square has been getting more and more busy with lots of visitors! Giving tours to large groups is my favorite!! Literally they make me so happy as I get to share with tons of people my love for Temple Square and for my Savior Jesus Christ. I love each moment when I can see in their eyes that the words we're saying have connected to their hearts. Ah there's nothing better. The sacred and unavoidable spirit that is found here on the square constantly blows me away.
I've also been so blessed to use ASL so much on and off square this week! Whether that be giving a virtual tour to an ASL ward, giving tours on square, or teaching our new friend Brittany who we absolutely love!!! It's been amazing! Making connections and just seeing their faces light up once they realize I can sign. It's the best!
Being a missionary is my favorite thing and serving at Temple Square is a dream!
